TLC Construction

Nature is brought into this beautiful conference room through the use of natural stone, mahogony table and a salt water fish tank that is also visible from the lobby. Hard to believe this was once a factory! Although architecturally designed to appear modest from the street, the 1,800 square foot addition provides space needed by the family and new vistas to the park like back yard. Would a larger shower fit in this master bath with a 2person whirlpool? Yes, remove the large whirlpool and replace with a 1 person whirlpool; steal as many inches as you can from the tub area to make the shower larger; and redecorate with earth toned granite and tile. An amazing looking and functional renovation! Dreams of opening up a galley kitchen to the living/dining area became a reality as an architect's plans guided the removel of a load bearing wall; instalation of a 23' laminated veneer beam; and creation of a completely new kitchen any cook would love to work in. The dream was transformed into reality! A small, old deck needed to be replaced. The need for space to entertain outdoors and dreams of a gazebo and summer kitchen led to designing this amazing structure. Plenty of space and seating areas; a gazebo set in the pines; and beautifully landscaped grounds make this the entertainment area of the homeowners dreams!
